All of our therapists have received their Indiana State Certification and are "Certified Massage Therapists"
Melody
Herrin - Owner/Certified Massage Therapist  Melody was born in Amo, IN and attended Cascade High School. She is also a graduate of University of Indianapolis
with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. Melody grew up in the area and has strong ties to the community and the
people. Her dad, Joe Herrin was a long time resident of Clayton and served on the Town Council until his death in 2005. After many years of working in Indianapolis and Carmel, she dreamed of "coming home".
Not only was she lucky enough to return and open a thriving business, she has also been appointed to the first ever Clayton
Plan Commission and serves as Secretary. She has also been appointed to the Clayton Board of Zoning Appeals and serves as
Secretary. She is the Project Coordinator for the Clayton Comprehensive Plan and the President of the Clayton Merchant's
Association.
She attended Midwest Academy of Healing Arts in Brownsburg. She received 500
hours training, graduating in May 2007.
She received her Reiki Master designation in November,
2007 and offers classes to those wishing to become a Reiki Practitioner. She also is a certified therapeutic massage cupping
therapist.
Kara Swalley - Skin Care Professional/Certified Massage
Therapist  Kara was born in Avon and attended Avon High School. After graduating she took a position with a major airline and moved to
San Diego, California. She moved back to Indiana in 2005 in order to be close to her family.
She attended Honors School for Esthetics, graduating in June 2006. She received 800 hours training in esthetics
and is required to take continuing education to keep her license current. Kara has worked at some of the leading spas on the
north and west side of Indianapolis. Kara is also a Certified Massage Therapist. She attended school at
the Midwest Academy of Healing Arts in Brownsburg. She received 500 hours training, graduating in May 2007.
Debbie Rosemeyer - CranioSacral Therapist  Debbie is a resident of Brownsburg, IN. To receive her massage therapy training, she attended Midwest Academy
of Healing Arts, graduating in August 2004. Debbie
discovered an interest in CranioSacral Therapy and attended The Upledger Institute. She took CranioSacral
Therapy I in June 2005 and CranioSacral Therapy II in November 2006. She is currently employed at Hendricks Regional Hospital doing massage therapy on labor and delivery patients and
others as requested by doctors.
Allyson Hawkins
- Certified Massage Therapist  Allyson has lived in the Avon and Danville areas for the past 20 years. She has a bachelor's degree in communications from
SIU-Edwardsville. She received her massage therapy training at The Academy of Reflexology
in Indianapolis receiving 450 hours in massage and anatomy. She has her Reiki Master
designation. She has been a yoga instructor since 2004, receiving her training at City Yoga
in Indianapolis. She was also an Instructor at Kaplan College teaching massage therapy.
